By accessing or using our website, AI assistant services, chatbot widgets, APIs, and any other services offered by 智膳动力 (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 2. Description of Services

智膳动力 provides AI assistant services focusing on the healthcare sector, specifically nutritional food and dietary therapy. Our Services include:

  • AI assistants that can suggest proper nutritional food or food therapy based on symptoms or health concerns
  • Chatbot widgets that can be embedded in websites
  • APIs for mobile app integration
  • File conversion services for PDF and EPUB files to Markdown
  • Other related services as described on our website

Our Services utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude Sonnet 3.7 and the RAGFlow framework to provide health-related nutritional guidance.

3. User Registration and Account Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your account, either with or without your knowledge.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

4. Service Usage and Credits

4.1 Credit System

Our Services operate on a credit-based system. When you subscribe to or purchase an AI assistant, you need to buy credits to use the assistant. Each interactive chat between your customer and the AI assistant consumes one (1) credit.

4.2 Credit Consumption

A credit is consumed after a customer asks a question and the AI assistant provides an answer. We record all interactive conversations to calculate credit consumption accurately.

4.3 Credit Purchases

Credits can be purchased through our website using the payment methods we provide. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way
  • To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate 智膳动力, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services

5.2 AI Assistant Usage Restrictions

When using our AI assistants, you agree not to:

  • Use the assistants to generate content that promotes harmful, illegal, or unethical activities
  • Attempt to manipulate the assistants to produce false or misleading health information
  • Use the assistants to collect personal health information without proper consent
  • Represent the AI's nutritional guidance as formal medical advice
  • Redistribute or resell the AI assistant's responses without permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, graphics, photographs, video, audio, design, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by 智膳动力, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

6.3 User Content

Any content you submit, post, or display through the Services ("User Content") remains your property. However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Services.

THE NUTRITIONAL AND DIETARY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OUR AI ASSISTANTS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT INTENDED TO BE A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. 8.3 Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 智膳动力, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
